MCC has released an important notification for students applying under the NRI Quota or those requesting Nationality Conversion from Indian to NRI for UG/PG Counselling 2026-27

✅ Eligible sponsors include:

* NRI Parents

* First-degree relatives residing abroad

* Certain close blood relatives like uncle, aunt, grandparents, cousins, etc.

⚠️ Important:

Candidates must provide valid legal documents, proof of guardianship, and affidavit during counselling. MCC will strictly verify the documents as per Supreme Court guidelines.

Students planning to apply under NRI quota are advised to check eligibility carefully and keep all supporting documents ready.
