✅ 10th Marks Card (Date of Birth Proof)

✅ 12th / PUC Marks Card (Upload complete marks card without cropping)

✅ 12th Admit Card (If not available, write Roll Number/Admit Card details on a paper and upload)

✅ COMEDK Admit Card / TAT

✅ SC/ST/OBC Certificate (Applicable candidates only)

✅ Karnataka Domicile Certificate (Applicable candidates only)

✅ OCI/PIO Document (If applicable)

✅ OCI/PIO Declaration (Annexure A, if applicable)

✅ Declaration for candidates below 17 years of age (Annexure B, if applicable)
