CUET (UG) 2026 Important Update | Exam Rescheduling Notice

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has announced that the CUET (UG) 2026 Shift-I exam held on 30 May 2026 was affected at some examination centres due to a technical glitch.

🔹 73,106 candidates were present and completed biometric registration.

🔹 69,341 candidates (about 95%) successfully appeared for the examination.

🔹 3,765 candidates could not take the test because of the delay caused by the technical issue and left the centres before the exam resumed.

✅ As a one-time measure, these 3,765 affected candidates (whose biometric registration was completed on 30.05.2026 Shift-I) will be given an opportunity to appear in a rescheduled examination.
